Responsibilities

Build the company's brand new self-serve ads platform.

Own and develop the core functional areas of the ads platform, including ads serving, targeting, ranking, auction, measurement, conversion tracking, reporting, payment, etc.

Apply distributed system principles to build large scale, low latency, high availability systems.

Work with cross-functional teams like the product, business, ops teams.

Requirements

BS with 4 years + working experience or MS with 2 years + working experience in Computer Science or related fields.

Experience with software development processes including source control, bug tracking, and design documentation.

Proficiency in Java/C++, object-oriented programming, and microservice architecture.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

Industry experience in online advertising systems.

Industry experience in building large scale distributed backend systems.

Industry experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.

Systematic data-driven problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills.
